Boston postal inspector stole more than $300,000 from elderly scam victims, prosecutors say

Prosecutors said Scott Kelley was supposed to return cash payments addressed to scammers but kept the money for himself and spent it on a heated pool, backyard renovations, a cruise and escort services.
