Boston police officer arrested for OUI after crash, I-Team sources say

According to I-Team sources, state police arrested off-duty Boston police officer Stephen O’Connell after he crashed into an unmarked Boston police cruiser in Weymouth driven by an off-duty sergeant detective who was on his way home.
