Wakefield Coupon Site Sold To Connecticut Firm
BOSTON (CBS) - A privately held company in Connecticut is paying $30 million in cash for a Wakefield firm that operates a daily-coupon web site.
Affinion Group is buying Prospectiv Direct, and its Eversave coupon site.
Prospectiv founder and CEO Jere Doyle says he will stay in charge of Prospectiv, and keep the company right where it is.
Eversave is the 7th largest coupon site in the U.S., with more than 200 deals a month.
