Veterans Inc. Hosts Annual Stand Down In Shrewsbury

BOSTON (CBS) - A local organization that helps homeless veterans is hosting its seventh annual Stand Down on Friday and Saturday.

Veterans in need can go to the Veterans Inc. Independence Hall in Shrewsbury to get all kinds of help.

WBZ NewsRadio's Suzanne Sausville spoke with Veterans Inc. President and CEO Vincent Perrone. He told her the term "Stand Down" originated during the Vietnam War.
