BOSTON (CBS) – Transit police say they've arrested a man who "accosted a family and made harsh sexual comments" that were directed at a 9-year-old girl on Tuesday.
Officials said the incident happened on a northbound Orange Line train at Community College station.
The man was wanted for questioning relative to intimidation of a witness and assault and battery.
Police made a public plea for help in finding the man before announcing his arrest Wednesday afternoon.
