Hawk Rescued After Being Caught In Net In Sharon
SHARON (CBS) - A hawk was freed after being tangled up in a net in Sharon.
Police and fire responded to Tamarack Way to help the hawk on Saturday. A few local residents also helped with the rescue.
A firefighter had to use a ladder to reach the bird, which had somehow become trapped in the netting that was attached to a fence.
The hawk did not appear to be hurt and flew away right after it was released.
