See Celtics, Bruins Championship Banners For Free

BOSTON (CBS) - With the NCAA tournament in town, 21 of the Championship banners that call the TD Garden rafters home are resting nicely in their temporary hanging grounds in Dorchester.

Now they just need fans to check out their temporary digs.

The Salvation Army Kroc Center Boston (located on 650 Dudley Street) gymnasium is open to the public Wednesday and Thursday, allowing fans to go check out the Championship banners from 8am to 8pm, free of charge.

But the two most recent banners are already down, heading off on their tour around the area based on fans suggestions over social media, they have their first stops as well.

The TD Garden announced the Celtics 2008 NBA Championship and Bruins 2011 Stanley Cup banners will visit Norwood High School and Children's Hospital Boston.

Wednesday is the final day for fans to give their suggestions where the two banners should visit.
