Roxbury man faces gun, drug charges
A Roxbury man is accused of being a gun runner. The Suffolk District Attorney's office says Herbert Davis was caught o tape selling a high-capacity semi-automatic and a half ounce of crack to a cooperating witness.
His daguther is also charged with possessing drugs that were recovered inside the house
Davis is being held on $50,000 bail, but it was revoked on an unrelated case. His daughter is free on personal recognizance.
