Rhode Island Man Seriously Hurt In Route 128 Crash In Westwood
WESTWOOD (CBS) -- A Rhode Island man was critically injured in a Route 128 crash in Westwood on Saturday night.
The crash happened near Exit 15. State Police say a car crashed into the median and then proceeded to hit a rock wall.
That stretch of highway had to be shut down so the 47-year-old man could be flown by medical helicopter to an hospital.
An 11-year-old boy traveling with the man suffered non-life-threatening injuries, police say.
