Report: Bin Laden Death Confirmed With Boston DNA

BOSTON (CBS) - The United States confirmed Osama bin Laden's death with DNA evidence.

Some of that evidence was reportedly gathered at Massachusetts General Hospital.

ABC News reports that a sister of bin Laden died of cancer at MGH and her brain was taken by government officials for DNA testing.

That DNA was reportedly used to confirm the man killed by special forces in Pakistan was Osama bin Laden.

MGH spokeswoman Emily Lemiska says they are aware of the report but haven't confirmed that information yet.
