BOSTON (CBS) - The Old Colony Housing Development, in South Boston, was built in 1940. Now the Boston Housing Authority's most "distressed" development is getting a major facelift. Most residents applaud the move, but as WBZ News Radio's Carl Stevens discovered, not everyone is happy with "change".
