Theo Spotted In Chicago? Fan 99.9 Percent Sure

BOSTON (CBS) - Chicago Cubs fans really want Red Sox GM Theo Epstein to become the take over their storied franchise.

Some fans want Theo so bad, they are seeing him around town. At least, they are pretty sure it was him.

According to a story in the Chicago Tribune, a Cubs fan saw Theo Epstein at a Chicago Starbucks on Saturday, not far from Wrigley Field.

"It was Theo all right," said lifelong Cub's fan Noah Pinzur in the report.  "I'm 99.9 percent sure."

When Pinzur asked the man if he was in fact Theo Epstein, the man replied back, "No. I get that a lot. Who is Theo Epstein?"

After the man and his female companion placed their order, Pinzur googled "Theo Epstein" and is almost positive he saw Epstein and his wife.

When their order was complete, the two got into a black SUV and were driven away... in the direction of Wrigley, Pinzur pointed out.

The Red Sox brass has remained silent on the matter of the Cubs seeking permission to speak with Epstein.
