Person Hit By Train, Killed In Wellesley
WELLESLEY (CBS) - A person was struck and killed by a Commuter Rail train on the Worcester Line in Wellesley on Sunday, according to an MBTA official.
The accident was first reported just after 3 p.m.
The train, which was carrying 125 passengers, was traveling outbound from South Station and was about 100 yards away from Wellesley Square Station when the accident occurred.
MBTA officials set up busing between the Wellesley Square and West Natick stops.
