Patriots Need A Kicker
Patriots kicker Stephen Gostkowski is said to be out for 2 weeks with a quad injury. He suffered tightness in his leg during warm ups on Sunday and Wes Welker, of all people, had to finish up the kicking duties. S o now the Pats are in the business of signing a kicker. Last month, they brought in Shayne Graham and Shaun Suisham as part of keeping their emergency list fresh. Expect those guys to get a call soon.
In his 11 years as coach, Belichick has never had a situation where the team has had to sign a kicker during the season because of injury.
