NightSide - Free The Nipple
BOSTON (CBS) - After a summer of multiple "Free The Nipple" protests in New Hampshire, the state legislature considered a bill that would ban women from going topless at state beaches. But the body has now officially killed the bill, after deciding it would likely be struck down by the courts anyway for violating equal protection rights under the Constitution. The legislation would have made a second offense punishable by up to seven years in prison and would have forced women to register as a sex offender. Should women be allowed to be topless anywhere that men are allowed to be?
