BOSTON (CBS) - The Supreme Court heard arguments last week in what could be an historic case. It is unclear whether the justices will make a broad ruling that would apply to the entire country or a more narrow ruling on the specific case, but the nation is watching and anxiously awaits the decision. Claire Laporte, a partner at the Boston law firm Foley Hoag, who began working with GLAD in 2007, and Andrew Beckwith, Executive Vice President of the Massachusetts Family Institute, sit down with Dan to debate the issue.
