NightSide - An Update On The Chism Trial
BOSTON (CBS) - The jury began its deliberations today in the trial of Phillip Chism, who is charged with murdering a Danvers teacher in 2013. Chism's lawyer admits the teen killed and raped Colleen Ritzer, but argued that he was suffering a psychotic episode during the attack and can't be held responsible for his actions. The jury was unable to reach a verdict today, and will resume deliberations tomorrow. Attorney Brad Bailey has been following the trial closely, and he joins Tim in studio to talk about it.
