NH Mom Will Testify Against Man Accused Of Beating Her Son
BOSTON (CBS) - A New Hampshire mother will testify against the man accused of beating her three-year-old son.
Last year, police found Jessica Linscott and Roland Dow hiding out at Universal Studios in Florida. They were under investigation for the severe beating of three-year-old James Nicholson.
According to the New Hampshire Union Leader, Linscott will become a state witness against Dow. His trial is scheduled for next month.
Dow is accused of striking the boy in the head causing a traumatic brain injury, and burning the boy's wrist and fingers.
