Baby Turkeys Safe After Storm Drain Rescue In Newton
NEWTON (CBS) -- A group of baby turkeys in a sticky situation was rescued in Newton Monday.
It appeared the little birds fell down a storm drain on Braeburn Road but a firefighter was able to climb down and take them out.
At least four were freed.
The turkeys seemed unfazed and were "waddling away" after the rescue.
