Mother, 5-Month-Old Child Hit By Car In Roxbury
BOSTON (CBS) – A mother and child were rushed to Boston Medical Center after they were hit by a car in Roxbury Thursday night.
The mother and her 5-month-old daughter were crossing Humboldt Ave. at about 8:40 p.m. when they were struck.
The male driver stopped at the scene and assisted the victims.
Police say the victims suffered serious injuries.
Reconstruction teams are investigating whether speed was a factor in the crash.
