Man sought in killing, turns himself in
The Cambridge man suspected in the killing of a 28-year-old Weymouth man at a Medford house, has turned himself in.
Police obtained a warrant Saturday for 28-year-old Christopher Toppi that charges him with murder in the death of Brian Fahy. Medford Police said they responded to a Salem Street residence at about 3:30 a.m. and found Fahy showing "obvious signs of trauma." He was pronounced dead at the scene. The Middlesex District Attorney's office said the men knew each other and Fahy's death was apparently the result of a confrontation.
Toppi will be in court tomorrow.
