Man Found After Walking Away From Belmont Psychiatric Hospital
BELMONT (CBS) -- Police have found a 23-year-old man who walked away from a Belmont psychiatric hospital.
Andrew Vermiglio went missing from McLean Hospital near Pleasant Street and Trapelo Road during a visit with his parents on Saturday at 4:30 p.m.
An initial search by police and a K9 unit could not locate Vermiglio.
He's described as a white man, 5 feet 6 inches tall, and about 123 pounds. He was last seen barefoot in long tan pants and a black jacket.
Police said Vermiglio suffers from obsessive-compulsive disorder, and will walk several steps before stopping and bending over.
