Man Arrested After Standoff in Charlestown
BOSTON (CBS) – A tense standoff in Charlestown ended peacefully Friday night.
A man was arrested after holding police at bay for three hours.
Investigators say it started as a domestic disturbance on Medford Street. The man was holding a woman hostage and fired gunshot.
The man surrendered after the SWAT team surrounded the building. There were no injuries.
