BOSTON (CBS) - What's next in the Boston Marathon bombings investigation and how will this change policy in the United States?

"It's a little chaotic," Keller said.
A federal defender has agreed to represent Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, but little else is known about the investigation going forward.
Keller says after speaking with a high-ranking anti-terrorism official, they are working to dot all their I's and cross their T's.
'Think of how much changed about our politics, our policies, after 9/11," Keller said. "First questions need to be answered."
