Investigators Identify Two Men Fatally Shot In Brockton

BROCKTON (CBS) -  The two men shot and killed while sitting in their car Saturday have been identified.

Plymouth County District Attorney Timothy J. Cruz said the victim found in the driver's seat of the Honda has been identified as Tashawn Leslie, 23,) of Brockton.

The victim found in the front passenger seat has been identified as Tyerelle Baker, 23, of Brockton.

"This was a brazen act of violence. The public can rest assured that the investigators from my office and the Brockton Police are working around the clock to apprehend those responsible for these murders," Cruz said.

Just after 4 p.m. Saturday, police responded to call near Battles Farm Drive in Brockton and found two men sitting in the front of a car, both suffering from gun shot wounds to the chest.

The case remains under investigation by the State Police Detectives assigned to the Plymouth County District Attorney's Office and the Brockton Police.
