Gresh & Zo: Kevin Garnett Tells World That The Old Comments Are Fueling The Fire!

Gresh and Zo started off their Celtics talk by playing Celtics center Kevin Garnett's pos game comments after a stellar performance from the big man in a series-clinching win for the Celtics in Game 6 on Thursday night.

KG's postgame comments throw shots at Atlanta Hawks co-owner Michael Gearon Jr., who had criticism for the Celtics' big man, and at the local media who label KG as old.

But the main thing KG's post game comments show that he cares deeply about this team and their success.

Gresh and Zo compare Garnett's post game to Beckett's post game and have more harsh words for Beckett.  They applaud KG for his attitude toward the team and his effort in the post season, and it seems across town that Josh Beckett has the opposite outlook on things.

"Everything that Josh Beckett isn't, Kevin Garnett is," Andy Gresh said. "There's one thing that you will always, always, always be able to respect [Garnett] for: it matters to him, and he cares."
