Felger & Mazz: 3 Red Sox Questions For Mazz
As the Red Sox search for their new manager, MLB General Managers are meeting in Milwaukee.
With all that went on this season with the Sox, and with many more decisions still to be made this hot stove season, Felger came up with three questions for Mazz about the Red Sox.
The first question involves rumors of the Red Sox being interested in relief pitcher Francisco Cordero of the Cincinnati Reds, should they have interest in him? Mazz says "sure why not," but goes on to explain that under the current system he's a Type A and would require the forfeiture of a first round draft pick.

The second question involves David Ortiz, does Mazz think Ortiz is coming back to the Sox next season? Mazz says that he's not convinced that the DH will be back and went on to explain why he think the Sox should let him go if he doesn't take the deal they offered. What about the rumors that the Baltimore Oriles are interested?

The third and last question deals with the Red Sox medical staff. The Sox are reportedly changing team doctors and medical personnel and how it all operates. Is this necessary moving forward. Mazz believes that it really doesn't matter and believes that the same things could happen with different doctors.
