FBI Doubles Reward For Incognito Bandit
BOSTON (CBS) -- The FBI Bank Robbery Task Force has upped the public's incentive to find the so-called Incognito Bandit.
The bank robber is allegedly responsible for at least five incidents in the greater Boston area since September 2015. Police believe the same man is responsible for hold-ups at banks in Woburn, Arlington, Waltham, Stoughton, and Billerica.
The task force says it's now offering $20,000 for information leading to an arrest.
In each of the robberies, the man brandished a semi-automatic handgun and demanded cash.
The bandit wore a dark hooded sweatshirt, dark pants, gloves, sunglasses and a face mask during each of the robberies.
