Driver Cited For Letting 4-Year-Old Ride Without Child Seat Before Attleboro Crash

ATTLEBORO (CBS) - Three people, including a 4-year-old boy, are recovering after a head-on crash Saturday in Attleboro.

Police said 38-year-old Tammy Webster was trying to pass a bicyclist on Route 152 when she struck a car traveling in the opposite direction. That car then burst into flames.

Authorities cited Webster for a lane violation and for allowing the 4-year-old to ride in the front without a car seat.

None of the injuries is life threatening.
