Car Hits 3-Year-Old Boy In Lynn
LYNN (CBS) – A three-year-old boy was struck by car in Lynn Wednesday afternoon.
The boy was hit at the intersection of Western Ave and Franklin Street at about 1:00 pm. He suffered a broken femur and was taken to Mass. General Hospital where he is listed in critical but stable condition.
Police officers say the driver was turning onto Franklin St. when the child got away from an adult he was with and ran into the street.
The driver of the car remained at the scene after the crash.
No charges have been filed.
