Budget Problems Force Mass To Consolidate A Dozen Courts

BOSTON (CBS) - Budget problems are plaguing the local courts.

The state's top justices say they're being forced to move ahead with plans to consolidate a dozen courts.

Funding has been cut by almost 16 percent in the last two years.
