Brookline Dog Owners Could Face New Annual Fee
BROOKLINE (CBS) -- Brookline dog owners may soon have to pay an annual fee to have their canine companions run free in town parks.
The fee would be $50 for dog owners and $500 for dog walkers. This is on top of the required $20 dog license.
