Breer On Toucher & Rich: Jim Harbaugh's Comments After The Game

The Baltimore Ravens are Super Bowl Champions for the second time in franchise history after defeating the San Francisco 49ers, 34-31.

Bert Breer of the NFL Network joined 98.5 The Sports Hub's Toucher & Rich to discuss the game, Jim Harbaugh's comments after the game, the power outage and Cary Williams.

After the game 49ers coach Jim Harbaugh criticized the officials for a non-call in the final minutes of the game that could have changed the outcome.

On fourth-and-goal from the 5 with just 1:46 remaining Colin Kaepernick sailed a pass over wide receiver Michael Crabtree's head. Jim Harbaugh thought that cornerback Jimmy Smith's contact with Crabtree should have drew a flag, but the officials ruled the contact incidental. Should Harbaugh come out after the game and criticized the officials?

"I think where it's poor form is when you bring it up unprompted and when it becomes the central theme of what you're trying to say in a situation like that."

An event that took attention away from the game was the power outage in the third quarter that lasted about 34 minutes. Did Breer hear anything about what might have caused the power outage?

"If I had to guess my scientific conclusion would be that it's an old ass stadium."

The guys also talked about the strange play calling by the 49ers at the end of the game and Ravens cornerback Cary Williams shoving a referee with both hands.
