Boston's own Bill Burr is hitting the Wilbur Theatre this spring for a full week of comedy shows. Tickets are going fast, so interested comedy fans will have to act soon. He's giving a whopping 14 shows in a single week, so selling out is saying something about this comedian's chops. Known for his awesomely rude comedy and roles on shows like "Breaking Bad," Burr is at the height of his popularity. Expect offensive jokes and a packed house for every one of these shows.

"Thrill of Contact" is the third of a spring trilogy from Boston Ballet. The show itself features three pieces with music from Schubert, Tchaikovsky and Chopin. The ballet calls it "A striking program of precision and impressive athleticism . . ." A fourth piece included in "Thrill of Contact" is the world premiere of principal dancer Jeffrey Cirio, who will be dancing to both classic and modern compositions that should bring a new level of energy to the show and leave the audience refreshed.
