For the month of May, the museum will offer free admission to police, firefighters, EMTs and military personnel, as well as the workers from Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston Medical Center, Boston Children's Hospital, Tufts Medical Center, Brigham & Women's Hospital, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital, and Mount Auburn Hospital.
Free admission will be given to the first responders and their families with a photo ID and proof of employment.
"In times of tragedy, we look to first responders, who risk their lives to ensure our care and safety," said Carole Charnow, President & CEO, Boston Children's Museum. "As a way to give back we are delighted to be able to provide free admission to them and their dependents during the month of May. We hope that a visit to the Museum will provide first responders and medical personnel the opportunity to share a wonderful day with their families during a most difficult time."
