Body Pulled From Queen Lake In Phillipston
PHILLIPSTON (CBS) - The body of a male was pulled from a lake in Phillipston early Sunday morning.
Dive teams were originally called to Queen Lake in Phillipston just before midnight Saturday night following reports of a person missing in the water.
Massachusetts State Police Lt. Dan Richard said the body was recovered around 6:30 a.m.
"The team recovered the body of a male in the lake," said Lt. Richard.
The identity of the victim has not been released.
There's no word on the circumstances of how the body ended up in the water.
The Worcester County District Attorney's office is investigating.
