WAYLAND (CBS) ---- Looking for a bigger home?

The 28-room mansion named "Stonehedge Farm" currently on the market for $11.8 million, will hit the auction block Friday at 11 a.m.

The 25,400 square foot mansion is set on 11 acres of land which includes a full-sized basketball court, pool, equestrian barn and 1,740 square foot guest house.

But there's plenty to do inside the home as well. The home has five bedrooms, 6 full baths, 4 half baths, a billiards room, game room, media room, library, elevator and sauna/steam room.

In addition to a three car garage, the home has 25 additional off-street parking spaces.

But participation in the auction comes with a hefty price tag. In order to place a bid, a deposit of $100,000 must first be made.
