The advisory begins at noon and is set to expire around 8 p.m. for the following counties.

- Baltimore County
- Calvert
- Carroll
- Cecil
- Charles
- Frederick
- Harford
- Howard
- Montgomery
- Prince George's
- St. Mary's
- Washington
