Maryland Natural Resources Police Search For Owner Of Empty Boat
BALTIMORE (WJZ)-- The Maryland Natural Resources Police are searching for the owner of a 10-foot boat that was found adrift in the Potomac River.
Officials say the boat was spotted near St. Clements.
Inside were two fishing rods and a tackle box.
