Black Caucus Chair To Meet With Md. Gov. Larry Hogan On Medical Marijuana
The governor says he also is concerned, but he says the administration doesn't have much of a role in the licensing process under the law. Hogan says he'll listen to the caucus' concerns and do what he can to help.
