Jane Doe's lawyer in Cornell case says she couldn't consent
Thomas Giuffra, the lawyer for Jane Doe, says she was "incapable of consent" because she was "completely, grossly intoxicated" the night she was allegedly raped at a Cornell fraternity house in October 2024.
