Ted Lieu grilled Secretary of State Marco Rubio about President Trump's health, showing video at a House Foreign Affairs Committee hearing of past meetings in which Mr. Trump appears to be asleep. Lieu also asked Rubio about the president's health after his repeated medical visits.
