Chef Ashleigh Shanti, featured on "The Dish" on October 25, has been instrumental in supporting Asheville, North Carolina, following the devastation of Hurricane Helene. In addition to her community efforts, Shanti has released a new cookbook, "Our South: Black Food Through My Lens."
