Syria chemical weapons survivor: "We need justice"

Heba Sewan's neighborhood was hit with a rocket filled with sarin gas in the Syrian regime's chemical weapons attack that prompted the U.S. to threaten a military strike. She survived the attack after it left her blind for a week and has traveled to Washington to tell her story. Margaret Brennan reports.
