Charges in "The People's Court" cold case

Michelle Parker went missing in 2011 soon after she and her ex-fiancé Dale Smith Jr. appeared on "The People's Court." Now, Smith has been arrested and charged with second-degree murder, according to police. CBS News' Cristian Benavides reports.
