Search continues for man missing from Ellicott City flooding
One person is missing after severe flooding hit Ellicott City, Maryland. It comes just two years after what was supposed to be once-in-a-lifetime flooding hit the same community. CBS News justice and homeland security correspondent Jeff Pegues reports.
