Ned Baldwin: Sculpting kitchen marvels
Ned Baldwin was originally a sculptor and didn’t get into a professional kitchen until he was 35. He opened “Houseman” in New York City in 2015 and, this year with Peter Kaminsky, released the book “How to Dress an Egg,” a beautiful, inventive approach to a class genre. Jeff Glor caught up with the sculptor turned chef.
