Michael Brown's father demands case re-opening 5 years after fatal shooting

Five years ago on Friday, a white police officer in Ferguson, Missouri fatally shot an unarmed black man, 18-year-old Michael Brown. The officer was not charged and there were months of protests. This Friday, Brown's father is demanding the case be re-opened. Jeff Pegues reports for our series, "Policing in America, Five Years After Ferguson."
