Louisiana woman arrested in investigation into death of 15-year-old Quawan Charles
37-year-old Janet Irvin was arrested on charges of failing to report 15-year-old Quawan "Bobby" Charles missing and of contributing to juvenile delinquency. Quawan was found dead days after Irvin was seen picking him up from his home late last year.
