Lead NOAA scientist vows to probe agency's defense of Trump

The Acting Head of NOAA, the government weather agency, goes to Alabama Tuesday to address a recent uproar over Hurricane Dorian. President Trump repeatedly and wrongly claimed the hurricane was a threat to Alabama. NOAA was criticized for saying one of its forecasters should not have corrected the president.
